What we process

Your check-in answers are calculated on our server and your history stays only in your browser. If you request the report we process your email, name (optional), country, language and answers to generate it. Wellbeing data is sensitive: we use it only for that purpose.

How we protect it

Email and answers are encrypted by our application (AES-256-GCM) before storage; the database is server-only with RLS enabled. We never send answers, scores or emails to analytics tools.

Copy to the support team

To guarantee delivery (for example if a payment method or email fails), the Zone Digital support team receives a copy of your full report at info@zone-digital.com. It is used only to deliver your report and answer your requests; you can ask for its deletion at any time.

Processors

Resend (email), PayPal (payments; we do not store card data), Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting). International transfers may apply.

Retention and your rights

Links expire after 30 days and operational data is purged periodically. You can request access, rectification, erasure or portability by writing to info@zone-digital.com from your email. You can delete your local history from the result page.
