What it is

BurnoutRadar is an educational self-tracking tool based on the BAT-12. It is not a diagnosis, medical device or substitute for professional assessment.

Permitted use

Adults only, personal use. Using it to hire, discipline, promote or monitor employees is prohibited.

Digital product and payment

The full report is a digital product delivered immediately for a one-time payment (price shown before paying, processed by PayPal). By accepting and receiving delivery you waive the right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by your local law.

Refunds

Limitation

The service is provided "as is". The 30-day trend is experimental and is not a probability of burnout.
